FORTEM CAPITAL I, S.C. // FORTEM CAPITAL II, S.C.This Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the provisions of Articles 6, 8, 15, and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) (hereinafter the “Law”). Fortem Capital I, S.C. & Fortem Capital II, S.C. (hereinafter “Fortem”) is committed to the transparency, security, and privacy of Personal Data of our clients, suppliers, and users. When collecting and processing your Personal Data, Fortem commits and obliges to observe and comply with the principles of legality, consent, quality, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility provided in the Law (Article 6). In accordance with the above, this Privacy Notice applies to all types of information, including that related to Sensitive Personal Data of our clients, suppliers, users, as well as third parties with whom Fortem intends to initiate a contractual relationship or any other. Therefore, upon reading this Privacy Notice, you grant your consent to Fortem to collect, use, and transfer your Personal Data for the purposes specified below. To comply with Article 16 of the Law, the following is stated:

IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF FORTEM Fortem Capital I, S.C. & Fortem Capital II, S.C. are companies duly incorporated under the laws of the Estados Unidos Mexicanos, with an address for the purposes of this Privacy Notice at Avenida Santa Fe 550, 8th floor, office number 802, Cruz Manca, Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 05349 Ciudad de Mexico. Pursuant to Article 30 of the Law, all communication related to this Privacy Notice must be directed to the Legal Department, attention to Lic. Benjamín Martínez, at the email address: bmartinez@fortemcapital.com.mx, or at telephone number 5540-4040, ext. 109, designated by Fortem as responsible for the collection, processing, and requests related to access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition of Personal Data.

PURPOSE The purpose of collecting and processing Personal Data, including in some cases Sensitive Personal Data, is to provide our users, clients, and suppliers with better communication and dissemination of policies and general operating procedures related to administration and finance, marketing, customer service, and marketing. Among the information that Fortem may request are, without limitation: full name, phone number, email address, company affiliation, address.

OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT FORTEM MAKES AVAILABLE TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA Fortem has security measures, administrative, technical, and physical, necessary and implemented in accordance with its security policies and procedures, to ensure your Personal Data against misuse or unlawful use, unauthorized access, or against loss, alteration, theft, or modification of your Personal Data, with unlawful disclosure prohibited and treatment limited in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS As the owner of Personal Data, you can exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (hereinafter ARCO Rights) provided for in Article 22 of the Law, as explained below, understanding that each of these rights is independent from each other, that is, it is not necessary to exhaust one to exercise any of the other three: Access: the right to request Fortem to inform you if it has any of your Personal Data in its Databases. Rectification: the right to have corrected the Personal Data that are in the possession of Fortem, for which we may request documentation that verifies the corrections you request. Cancellation: the right to request, once the relationship with Fortem ends, the cancellation of your Personal Data in the possession of Fortem. Opposition: the right to request Fortem to refrain from processing your Personal Data in certain situations. However, Fortem will not be obligated to suspend the processing of data in the cases indicated in the Law. Requests for the exercise of your ARCO Rights must be submitted in writing to Fortem at the address indicated in this Privacy Notice. Your request must contain at least: (i) your name and address or means to receive communications;
(ii) your identification or documents that prove the personality of your legal representative;
(iii) a clear and precise explanation of the Personal Data to which you wish to have access, rectify, cancel, or oppose; and
(iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data. TRANSFER OF

PERSONAL DATA Fortem may transfer your Personal Data only to the following individuals and/or entities, understanding that it must ensure that these individuals and/or entities maintain strict confidentiality regarding the information provided:Parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies of Fortem in Mexico or abroad.Third-party service providers for compliance with legal, accounting, regulatory, or contractual obligations of Fortem or any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies of Fortem in Mexico or abroad. Third parties for marketing, information technology, operation, administration, marketing, and other analogous and lawful purposes. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be informed to you, without distinction, through notices at Fortem's offices, email, or through the websites of www.fortemcapital.com.mx.

REFERENCES - The Law defines Privacy Notice as the physical, electronic, or any other format document generated by the responsible party that is made available to the owner, prior to the processing of their Personal Data.
- The Law defines Personal Data as any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
- The processing of Personal Data refers to any operation carried out with your Personal Data, from their collection, use, disclosure, storage, and up to their cancellation and deletion.
- The Law defines Sensitive Personal Data as those Personal Data that affect the most intimate sphere of the owner, or whose misuse could lead to discrimination or pose a serious risk to them.
- In accordance with the fourth transitory article of the Law, you are informed that your ARCO rights may be exercised from January 1st, 2012. - A Database is the ordered set of Personal Data.
